Job Title: Administration Officer

We are now seeking a dynamic, professional Administration Officer candidate working in Vantao commune, Thuongtin, Hanoi where our Client provides international working conditions/environment beside taking good care of the employees benefits.




Job Decription
- Assists HR Manager in overseeing the performance of Admin. areas (except security guards team).
- Manages and arrange the transportation for staff and/or visitors based on request from departments for business purpose as well as for team building activities. Arrange guest reception at the airport if required;
- Coordinates within Admin Team in monitoring the mileage control system via GPS Tracker (Black Box) installed in all company vehicles, carrying out regular checks on GPS signal, making reports on GPS signal, working with supplier in fixing problems of black box, calculating acceptable mileage for petrol claims, checking all drivers’ claims;
- Manages the maintenance and repair of vehicles, keep tracking & implementing vehicle related registrations properly. Main contact for solving all matters related to traffic accidents.
- Coordinates with technically knowledgeable officer in supervising the drivers' team on technical aspects.
- Shares with other Admin members in operating Head office Switchboard. Visitor reception; mails &couriers receipt & distribution when perform duty at Reception desk.
- Is in charge of all visa & passport arrangement, and to ensure that required application will be arranged on time.
- Coordinates within Admin Team in overseeing the maintenance of the Sport Complex facilities and other facilities for sport activities
- Coordinates with security guards team ensuring proper preventive measures, the fire fighting and fire evacuation.
- Coordinates other departments for getting efficient supports to organizing all social activities/ PR activities

Job Requirements
Year Experience: 2 Years
Minimum Career Level: Team Leader/Supervisor
Minimum Education Level: University
Job Skills: - Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
- Responsible, active and outgoing individual
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance is preferable. Driving licence and driving experience is an advantage.
- System orientated and Interpersonal Communication skills
- Good command of English (Both of speaking and writing) & Good computer literacy
- Good office skills (Handling switchboard, facsimile, photocopier etc.)
