Based
on the strategic orientation of the management board and reporting to Executive
Director, the Marketing Director will be responsible for the development and
implementation of marketing strategy for various kinds of products by
media/communications and network marketing (to win & keep customers)
DUTIES:
- Develop the general PR-Marketing strategy & set
up the detail PR-Marketing activities for each channel packages
- Set up the annual marketing budget
- Identify and implement the marketing strategies
(segmentation-targeting-positioning) for advertising, sales promotion in
line with the sales strategy.
- Set up & approve the marketing policy &
strategic objective in maintaining customers relation and direct marketing
in order to expand the customer network
- Be responsible for marketing and communication
activities
- Organize & optimize the system as well as the
manpower of marketing team
- Coach, train and supervise all the marketing staff
in each marketing projects
SCOPE OF WORK:
- Directly supervise all the marketing staffs
- Report directly to Executive Director
- Coordinate with Sales & Commercial Department
and Customer Service Department in implementing marketing activities
- Coordinate with other support & function
departments such as Finance, Legal, and Human Resources
- Work with partners, 3rd parties, media agencies and
others taking part in developing and implementing marketing strategies
