       Production Manager

Job Description:

- Improve existing product in Vietnam
- Research and develop new product in Vietnam (soft adventure, thematic and classic tours)
- Inspection on spot.
- Reporting.
- Product’s training.
- Manage production team.

Job Requirement:

- Vietnamese nationality or foreigner leaving in Vietnam more than 2 year and speak fluent Vietnamese
- Management & organization skills.
- At least two years experience in production or tour operation/tour guide
- Having great knowledge of places, itineraries in Vietnam
- Excellent communication skills in English or French (both written and spoken)
- Good PowerPoint Presentation Skills
- High level of personal presentation
- Be willing and available to travel often
- Creativity, autonomy and good sense of product’s evaluation
