Job Description
Contracting manager plays a key
role in assisting to maintain or reduce ‘cost of sales’ as according to the
company yearly Contracting strategy.
Contracting manager is also responsible for the ongoing management and sourcing
of the lowest possible prices in the tourism or hospitality, ensuring quality
of supplier services, developing a range of contacts and ongoing supply of
quality hotels and other suppliers to meet the company needs.
Contracting manager’s mission:
- Establish the objectives for contracting department
- Review and identify to evaluate our pricing policy
- Define the methodology for all Viet Nam’s purchasing process
Job Requirement
- Male / Female: 28 to 35 years
old.
- University educated in Economic studies.
- Good at English and computer skills(word, excel)
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skill
- Good at listening skill
- At least 2 years experience in Purchasing and contracting
- Reliable, self-initiative and active.
- Preferred who has experience in Hotel/Tourism at senior sales or DOS
position.
