Ø Create and lead the LBU Quality Strategy and
Systems in line with Group Quality and OpX strategy, to accelerate the rate of
operational improvement, and resulting cost savings, across the value chain
Ø Set long term Quality Plans and priorities and
targets for the LBU and monitor the operating units and act on deviations from
targets
Ø Lead and establish continuous quality
improvement culture within the LBU
Ø Lead a strong customer focus attitude in
deploying CCRP within the LBU
Ø Define and implement a systematic Quality approach
to continuously improve business practices and performance across LBU
Ø Define and assure delivery of key quality
improvement projects, through LBU, to directly contribute towards achievement
of the OpX targets
Ø Monitor and review the LBU’s Quality performance
and act on deviations / hot spots and opportunities
Ø Monitor supply quality situation both internal
and external and unearth opportunities continually
