1. To assess, coach and upgrade HR operational staff..
2. To audit, review and propose improvements in current HR manual and procedure
3. To manage and create a conducive Employee Relation climate:
4. To prepare annual, monthly, weekly reports (Manapower, Organization chart, Attendance rate, Turnover rate)
5. To audit, review and propose improvements Compensation Benefits policies, practices, including labour contract, terms and conditions of employment
6. To implemente HR Database Management System
7. To ensure the updating of HR records, statistic, report and the coordination of HR presentation materials
8. To do other Personnel works (requested by DGM, GD)
9. To supervise subordinate officer on their assignments
